As an authorized ADP vendor, I provide rollator assessments for individuals who may benefit from a mobility aid. Assessments are available:

• In-home (for comfort and convenience)- $120 for assessment

• At Brant Arts Mobility (for direct access to rollator models)- $100 for assessment

I’ll help determine the most appropriate device based on your mobility, safety, and environment—and assist with the paperwork for ADP funding if eligible.

Important Notes:

• All services are billed privately.

• Extended health benefits often cover occupational therapy services — invoices will include OT registration number.

• Travel fees may apply for home visits beyond Burlington/Oakville area.
